Walking the plank… Argh!

I can’t resist these easily “punned” beers… it’s too much fun!

Heavy Seas makes some pretty good brew!  I had a couple different styles from this brewery over the last couple of months, and there was only one I didn’t really care for, the Gold Ale.  I expected a bolder taste in the Gold Ale, so it could be just personal preference – but I do say, the Pale and Marzen were certainly worth walking the plank for! As I mentioned yesterday, if a Marzen (which is ready around Spring) ages, it becomes an Oktoberfest; they’re so good though, it’s hard to let them sit that long!

Try a mixed pack from Heavy Seas, there’s something for everyone!  Drink up Matey!
